FindCondo KE ("we", "us", "our") is Kenya's most trusted directory dedicated to condominiums only, connecting buyers, developers and owners nationwide. We operate this website and the accounts, listings and inquiry tools within it.

Account details — your name, email address, password, and profile information (such as a display photo, agency name, and contact preferences) that you provide when signing up or completing onboarding.

Listing information — details, descriptions, photos, pricing, and contact information for condominiums you list, plus any verification documents you upload (for example identification or ownership documents) when you request account verification.

Inquiries — the name, email, phone number and message you submit when contacting a seller, developer or owner about a listing.

Usage data — page views and basic interaction information that helps us understand which pages and listings are popular, so we can improve the site.

To operate the directory: publish your listings, host profiles, and deliver inquiries from interested buyers to you.

To verify hosts and listings, prevent fraud, and keep the platform trustworthy.

To communicate with you about your account, your listings, and — where you have opted in — new listings and market updates.

To measure and improve the site, including counting page and listing views.

To comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

We never sell your personal data.

Public information — published listings and the host details you choose to display on a listing are visible to all visitors.

Inquiries — when someone inquires about your listing, we share that person's name, contact details and message with you so you can respond. When you inquire about a listing, the listing's owner receives your message and contact details.

Service providers — we use trusted providers for hosting, databases, email delivery and payments (including Pesapal for payment processing). These providers process data only on our behalf to run the service.

Legal requirements — we may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from Kenyan authorities.

Listing payments and subscriptions are processed through Pesapal and mobile money or card providers. Your payment card or mobile money details are collected and processed by these providers directly; we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with access controls, and sensitive documents (such as verification uploads) are kept in private storage that only you and our verification team can access.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, keep required records, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent (for example for marketing emails) at any time.
